魯德舍莫霍夫高級酒店 (Hotel Rüdesheimer Hof - Superior)

I booked an expensive room with separate beds because I was traveling with a relative of the opposite gender. When we arrived at the hotel they gave us a smaller room with one bed, and could not even provide a sleeping cot for the night. The next day they said they saw we were only two people on the registration so they changed the room type without asking, and said we should have emailed them in advance to to tell them we actually needed the room we had ordered because we weren't a couple. They then provided us an even smaller and cheaper room that at least had two beds, but refused to provide any sort of refund despite the rooms being significantly worse than what I paid for. It was the worst hotel service that I've ever experienced, and I would consider it to be fraud.

リューデスハイマーの気候の影響か、屋根の形狀が三角であり、そのまま室內の天井が三角になっていた為、シャワーを浴びる際には、頭をぶつけるなど不便があった。しかしながら総じてこの価格であれば、許容範囲內と感じた。
